Current Report On Form 8-K

MIAMI (January 28, 2014) – Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) announce that its joint current report on Form 8-K was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on January 28, 2014 regarding the separation agreement and consulting agreement entered into with Howard S. Frank, Former Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Carnival Corporation & plc. Under the consulting agreement, Mr. Frank will act as special advisor to the President and Chief Executive Officer and to the Chairman of Carnival Corporation & plc.

A copy of the joint current report on Form 8-K, has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.
