In accordance with Carnival Corporation & plc's (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) previously announced Stock Swap programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 10 February 2009 Carnival Corporation purchased 50,000 of ordinary shares in Carnival plc at an average price of £13.9155636 per share. The highest price paid was £13.98 per share and the lowest price paid was £13.84 per share.
