In accordance with Carnival Corporation & plc's (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) previously announced Stock Swap programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 12 November 2008 Carnival Corporation purchased 75,000 of ordinary shares in Carnival plc at an average price of £12.98565466 per share. The highest price paid was £13.09 per share and the lowest price paid was £12.81 per share.
