In accordance with Carnival Corporation & plc's (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) previously announced Stock Swap programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 5 November 2008 Carnival Corporation purchased 200,000 of ordinary shares in Carnival plc at an average price of £14.42786462 per share. The highest price paid was £14.62 per share and the lowest price paid was £14.28 per share
