In accordance with Carnival Corporation & plc's (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) previously announced Stock Swap programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 4 November 2008 Carnival Corporation purchased 150,000 of ordinary shares in Carnival plc at an average price of £14.69274906 per share. The highest price paid was £14.81 per share and the lowest price paid was £14.57 per share.
