In accordance with Carnival Corporation & plc's (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) previously announced share buy-back programme (Stock Swap), Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 3 November 2008 Carnival Corporation purchased 100,000 of ordinary shares in Carnival plc at an average price of £13.9002069 per share. The highest price paid was £14.02 per share and the lowest price paid was £13.77 per share.
