Carnival Corporation & plc Files Joint Annual Report on Form 10-K for Fiscal 2006

MIAMI, Feb. 12, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) today announced that it has filed its joint Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended November 30, 2006 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The Carnival Corporation & plc joint Annual Report on Form 10-K will be available at the company's website at www.carnivalcorp.com or www.carnivalplc.com. In addition, the joint Annual Report on Form 10-K is available for viewing at the SEC website at www.sec.gov under Carnival Corporation or Carnival plc.
