World's largest cruise company honored on The Wall Street Journal’s annual Management Top 250 list measuring corporate management effectiveness
MIAMI (Dec. 19, 2024) – Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK), the world's largest cruise company, was named to The Wall Street Journal’s Management Top 250 list, recognizing the company as one of the Best-Managed Companies of 2024. Of the 250 companies recognized, Carnival Corporation was the top-ranked cruise-specific company overall and among the top five in the Leisure, Arts and Hospitality sector.
Presented by The Wall Street Journal in partnership with Claremont Graduate University’s Drucker Institute, the Management Top 250 list represents the highest scorers among hundreds of companies that qualified for this year’s list and measures corporate effectiveness in five areas including customer satisfaction, employee engagement and development, innovation, social responsibility and financial strength. U.S. companies whose shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange or Nasdaq Stock Market were considered for the ranking, which was based on an analysis of 35 data inputs provided by 16 third-party sources.
